Update issue with VIA 135

I have been trying to update my Via 135 for several time but I get a message says" the server is busy try later" I did try after a week, a month , 2 months but without success. Anybody knows what the problem is? and how to solve it?

Welcome to the site....
If I have a problem with MyDrive Connect... I find deleting the "HOME3" and the "MyDrive Connect" folders in the MyDrive Connect Program just as effective for giving MyDrive Connect CPR to bring it back to life...
