i purchased the yosemite sam voice and now it wont let me download

So i purchased the payment has gone thru its been well over an hour it shows it but doesn't give me a box to check to download it ?
Not to happy ive spent well over an hour trying different things unhooking the tom tom etc it just updated all my maps etc and i have plenty of room for downloads

    It appears at the moment it is taking time for some purchases to be allocated to the accounts especially at weekends.

    Keep looking in My Drive Connect for the voice so you can download it when it appears. If the delay continues then chase Customer Support.
