I have completed reset twice. The device is connected to my Samsung Galxy s10+ and my Cardo Pactalk bold. I can make calls handsfree but the details of who I am calling will not display, the same as with incommimg calls. I can answer via Cardo but no display on sat nav

Is MyDrive running om your Phone?
Has your Rider WiFi Acces when you try this?
Did you try to reboot your Phone and a Drum reset for your Rider?
