Connect to computer issue and failing to restore

Hi, I wonder if anyone is having the same issue/able to help. My TomTom Go Premium X shows the attached screen display. When I connect to the software it starts to restore, gets to about 4% then fails. Has anyone else had this issue and/or able to help? Thanks, Ian

Re-install the MyDrive Connect and try again. Make sure the USB cable is properly attached DIRECTLY TO THE COMPUTER.1
