London Congestion Charge area

On the settings on my GO Basic, I can ask for a route to avoid Toll Roads. Can I assume that this also covers the London Congestion Charge Area (not a Toll Road as such, but an area in which you are charged to travel)?

    I think it does also cover the London Congestion Charge Area. Give a destination that is mostly accessible via that part and see in which way does it calculate the route.
