Live Services expire

On the 7th of April 2020 I have bought the TomTom Go Premium X (Ordernumber: 40930xxxxxx). The Live Services should be supported during its lifetime for free. On the 6th of May 2020 I received a notification on my TomTom device that my license was expired. As mentioned on the website I shouldn't need a purchased license for map/traffic updates. Me needing the Live Services for work, was in the necessity to buy a 3 month license (which expires the 7th of August). In spite of calling with the customer service numberous of times and sending a few emails, I did not get a response.

I would like to know if I have to buy a license or that my Live Services are free of charge.
