Tomtom Go 5000 Speed cameras not working after update

Dear TomTom Support
My Tomtom Go 5000 recently received a map update (Email from TomTom in March 2020) but only got round to doing this in July 2020. Now the speed cameras are not showing up or alerting camera warnings on the route.
Alerts are enabled on the device and I have completely switched the device on\off a few times.
I am aware that the speed camera subscription has expired but the out of date fixed cameras always worked on that device until the last update.
Can you advise how I get this back please.

BTW. I would like to have just emailed you directly about this, but I cant find any EMAIL address available to contact you directly and your "contact us" link at the bottom of the page is not working.

same device, same issue since update in July 2021, can someone give me a hint how to solve this? Thanks in advance!0

I've had my device for a few years and never had this issue till last year so after posting this message I raised a support ticket as well. They did eventually get back to me (after much chasing) where they finally told me I needed a active camera subscription to use this service and if the service expires the cameras will be automatically removed from the device.
I was furious that the camera service was deleted from my device without their update process warning me this would happen so I've lost a lot of trust with this company now and am not sure if I will buy from them again.

There has been a change in the Speed cam subscriptions... The Tomtom subscriptions now 'Auto Renew' by default....
Note... If your subscription has expired you will NOT get any Speed cam warning on the device, even the old database is still installed on the device....
