TomTom 5100 not showing wolrd maps or lifetime updates in MyDrive
I have a TomTom 5100 which has a UK map installed form 2016, when I login to MyDrive it does not have the option to update nor download any further maps.
I understand this will be because it has not been connected for 12 months (lord only knows why TomTom has this restriction in their system). Could somebody please help to get the lifetime map service reactivated?

I quickly reviewed your account and see the service for Lifetime maps is in pending status. I would recommend that you perform a factory reset and check for updates in MyDrive Connect.
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.
To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

Glad you are sorted. By the way I am a customer just like you whereas Vikram does work for TT.
