my tom tom trucker 6000 says my network is connected and traffic Activated but it also say traffic service unavailable I have followed all the tom to advice and reset my device but still not working why?????

Welcome to the community! I had a quick look at your account and I don't find that the device has an active subscription for TomTom Traffic.
That probably could be the reason.

OK. I think you should raise the issue with Customer Support.
If I look on the TT website at the current models offered Lithuania is not on the list of Countries for which Traffic is available. So ask them if it is supposed to be available and then see what they can recommend to resolve your issue if it is. If you look at the Live services subscription facility Lithuania is listed.

Welcome to the community! I had a quick look at your account and I don't find that the device has an active subscription for TomTom Traffic.

If your unit is connected to Wifi the GPRS will be shown as disconnected.
Is your unit saying disconnected when well away from Wifi and in a good mobile area.
Also which country are you having this issue.

I asked which country you were having the issue in. Are you saying this is happening in all countries..
