Lifetime Traffic

Hi, I have TomTom Go600 and I am in the UK. My Go600 now says that lifetime traffic has expired so what is going on? I have just renewed my speed camera subscription which I do not think was lifetime. I have also notice that I can no longer make phone calls from my device even though it is connected to my phone OK. Can you help with both problems please,

    Hi Arthur,
    Welcome to the community!
    I would recommend that you do a factory reset and test it when you drive next time.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
