How to update my map when error message stays the same

when trying to update my map, I receive "Our servers are overloaded- try again".
I tried again at several times of day, the same reply.
Device is a tomtom start125 car navigation.
internet access is functional.

Your .log file indicates that you have a Start25.
For the "Busy servers" message look here, the second part of the message.
You delete the two hidden MyDrive Connect (MDC) folders, you do a Soft Reset of your device and only after that, you connect your device to the PC. Follow the described steps. This is what I do with my Start25.
