subscription to tomtom go for android
Hi, I have had a subscription for a number of years. I have recently changed my email but it does not seem possible to pay for a subscription using my new gmail account. I paid, but then when it didn't work got a refund. i have removed and reinstalled but when I try to pay again it won't let me pay against my new gmail account even though that is the one used to install. I have contacted customer service who have not responded. Since leaving a well deserved bad review on google play I have had some response but no solution. I am on the verge of giving up. I like the traffic but if I can't get it working not much I can do.
