Contact Customer Support on Monday and get them to check whether it has been set up for you on the way TT Servers.
You could try a Factory Reset to see if that sorts it. If you do make sure you check your account on the My Drive Website to see if all your My Places tc are saved there. The current Operating software and Map versions will not be changed by the reset.
