Problem with Windows MyDrive?

I've downloaded and installed the software for MyDrive as I wish to add some locations to my TomTom Professional 620.

However, when I open MyDrive I get the following screen and can do absolutely nothing with it!

Can someone advise me of the issue?

    Hi and welcome to the Forum where TomTom users help each other.

    Your Go Professional is a WIFI device, so you do not need myDrive Connect.
    Open and log in with the same data that you use in your Satnav.
    There you can add places
    When your device has synced with your MyDrive cloud you can find your new places in the device under "My places"
