Upgrades not working on iPhone 5

Hi everyone, I have an iPhone 5 (iOS 10.3.4) and I wanted to use it during my holidays with the TomTom app. I realized that the only app downloadable was TomTom Go Mobile (NOT Tom Tom Go navigation, the latest one). When I go to “upgrades” on the app it doesn’t show me any purchasable upgrade....how can I fix this problem? I‘d like to buy the unlimited plan for at least one month!

    Hi @Marcot90

    Welcome to the Community! We stopped subscription renewal with Go Mobile App (iOS) and migrated all the existing users with a subscription to the new GO Navigation App. The new app requires iOS 12 or later and you won't be able to install it, unfortunately.
