How can I obtain a refund for Tomtom Live?

The Live service fails to connect despite a good signal. I would like a refund but I cannot find any way of requesting this or accessing the the 30 day guarantee? Any advice would be greatly welcomed.

You need to talk to customer support. Once you have you may be able to get the service working.

After you sign in on the page as suggested in the above link you may see a different page.
Tap on the Red Contact Us
Type Help in the next box and hit return
Help Box appears with a number of suggestions. Just hit Contact us at the bottom of the box.
You should now get a box with Chat/Email.
The chat facility is very busy so you may have to try a few times before you get a connection.

Thanks Doug. I'd tried this for a few days with no luck (following the thread here) but always looped back to the chat site. However, it worked tonight! I'm in the UK so re-directed to the GB site. Much appreciated.0
