Why I can't update Live Services?

Hi,
I bought LIVE Services WORLD - 12 months on 27-07 but can't activate it on my device (GO Professional 6200).
I already made soft reset but nothing.
My order number is 40xxxxx20. Could you please check and activate it because i am using my device everyday.

    This is a customer based forum and the TT mods will not be back on it until Monday. Have a look then and see what @VikramK has to say. In the meantime try the occasional Soft Reset to see if it sorts itself.

    You could try a Factory Reset as well after you have checked that all your data is saved in your Account on the My Drive Webpage. You will have to set the unit up again with Language etc but the current Operating Software and Map versions will not be changed.
