bluetooth not working
The day I change phone, Bluetooth for the Go 60 device stop working.
A tried Factory reset and is still not working. I tried another samsung tablet . It is not working as well.
The Go 60 device is uncapable of finding ANY device. No matter type or brand.
Is there another way to reset bluetooth connection ?

If when you have signed in on the page as shown in the link if you get Red Contact Us bottom right click on it.
Type Help in Next box shown and hit return
Help Vax with suggestions appears just hit Contact us at bottom of it.
You hopefully will now have a page offering Chat/Email. Chat is very busy so you may have to try several times over a period to see if you can get a link to Chat.
