Communication failure with your device

Hi, any idea how to sort this problem out, it is happened when I tried factory restore

    Sorry it is a tomtom go 6200 and now I can see the sad face on the screen :-)

    Try to delete the bluetooth pairing on your Smartphone and the go 6200 in the Bluetooth settings.
    Then reconnect them again

    Hi @jpucik

    If you have a map on the internal memory take the extra memory card out and see if that makes a difference.
