Go 5000 Intermittent connection PC to device problem.

When downloading updates recently, My Drive Connect keeps losing connection to the device intermittently. The download seems to keep downloading in the background and the device doesn't report any connection problems. I've tried different cables and different ports, to no avail. I'm using a win10 PC.
I keep getting busy server notifications too. Could this be the problem?

    for the busy server try the reinstall on mydriveconnect.
    for the connection, is it the TT cable provided with the device? check firewall and av the computer
