Add my device in my Tom Tom account and activate warranty

Hello,

My Tom Tom Spark 3 is experiencing screen issues (won't turn on, lines are flashing instead of usual display).
How can I add my device on my Tom Tom account in order to acivate the warranty ?
When I login on the Tom Tom website, no devices are connected, and the link "how to add a product" is a redirection to the Tom Tom Support homepage, and I can't find any instructions...

    You need to register it when you first plug it into the computer. If you have been uploading activities and seeing them in My Sports it is on your account. if you never registered it you would never be able to upload activities. And the warranty starts when you bought it, so if it is more than a year old it is out of warranty, TT Sports went out of business over 2.5 years ago so you can only contact support by email or chat during India business hours using the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
