Renewed live subscription not working

My live traffic no longer works, i renewed my subscription on 27/07/20 but device still displaying that Live services have expired.

    There have been a number of similar reports and it is being worked on. Contact customer Support to get them to resolve it.

    You may find a slight difference when you have signed in as shown on the above. If you get a Red Contact Us bottom right Tap that
    Type Help in the next box and Tap to next page.
    Help box with number of suggestions appears just Tap Contact Us
    Hopefully this will give you a box with Chat/Email . Select the one required

    Chat is very busy so you may have to try several times before it will work.
