How do we update our system?

We have downloaded MyDriveConnect but it does not open up and do anything.

    Hi Vikram, it is the one in our Mazda 6, 2013 model. The card has this number on it: KE 12 66 EZ18.
    We know that it has expired, but we want to renew and update it.

    We have also found info that older sat navs are not able to be updated. Is this the case?
    Is it possible to buy a new card to put in our car system?
    If so, where and how?
