No answer from support

Hi everyone, I bought June 1st a Tomtom rider 550 Premium Pack and I received it without one piece of the anti-theft solution called PIN-LOCK. I contact the support June 10th and I received no solution until now... Do you know if I can contact someone somewhere? I am totally lost and support doesn't help...

    I contact several times support by email or chat and I have always the same answer/ wait, wait and wait... After 2 months, and no solution to my problem, I don't know what else I can do...

    Thank you for your answer. I want to believe you, unfortunatly it's what everybody told me since the beginning... I hope someone will contact me soon, this i the only thing I can do.
