Is it possible to change the car symbol on the GO 5200?

Hi, I have a TomTom GO 5200 and I miss the possibility to change the car symbol. Is it no longer possible to change the arrow to a car symbol, preferably of the exact color and type of car as it used to be possible on the older versions?

I am afraid there is no facility to change the Arrow to a Car or other image as you could on the old units. This facility has not been available on the TT models for some years.
