Spark Music white screen/flashing screen when connected to computer
When watch is unplugged, button works (ie I can feel vibration) but screen is white (not blank/black). When watch is plugged into charger or computer, screen flashes between battery charging mode and white screen. TomTom connect app cannot recognize device and asks me to unplug and replug. Reset (as decribed by other users and manual) won't take affect. Please advise.
