Spark Music white screen/flashing screen when connected to computer

When watch is unplugged, button works (ie I can feel vibration) but screen is white (not blank/black). When watch is plugged into charger or computer, screen flashes between battery charging mode and white screen. TomTom connect app cannot recognize device and asks me to unplug and replug. Reset (as decribed by other users and manual) won't take affect. Please advise.

    It sounds like the watch is dead. If a factory reset does not resolve it there is nothing else to do. It is time to throw it away and buy a new watch, there are plenty of brands out there with better feature sets for less money these days (TT Sports went out of business over 2.5 years ago).
