Unauthorised subscription

I've had a subscription to speed cameras started today. £2.99 was taken by TomTom. I haven't subscribed or given permission to take money from my account. There is NO CONTACT FOR TOMTOM AT ALL. I need to speak to someone urgently to make sure my bank account details haven't been stolen or how this has happened.

    You need to contact Customer Support.

    When you sign in as advised in the above link you may see a Red Contact Us. tap that and type Help in next box. Then Contact us a the bottom of the Help Headed box
    The you hopefully will see a box with Chat/Email.

    I've just received an email stating exactly the same. Money have been taken out of my account without any notice. I've never subscribed for that service. Tried my PayPal resolution but they refused to help. Can anyone look into this.

    Hi , I updated my tomtom 600 couple of days back.
    After the update, I cannot see any speed cameras in my tom tom.
    Also I bought the speed camera subscription, but still I am not seeing any camera in tomtom.
    Please let me know , how to resolve this problem.
