Friday 24/7/2020 I had a notification to say my speed camera service had expired and noticed I hadn't got any traffic updates. I figured my traffic had expired too, however when I got home and connected to the computer I noticed it said my traffic expires in about 2 months...? Not sure how as I presumed it would expire at the same time, anyway... i purchased a year's subscription and its still not working, and now I'm not sure if I've purchased the correct thing. I'm a lorry driver and need this working for my job, ive tried the contact numbers but it automatically says email or live chat however I cannot find a way of emailing or chatting with a human to sort this issue.

Re the Traffic try a Soft Reset to see if that sooted the traffic out.

Thanks for your reply Doug, ive tried the hard and soft reset and still no joy. I'm not sure if its because I'm using my mobile to navigate the website but I still can't fathom how to email them

When you sign in on the page as indicated in the above link you may have a Red Contact Us box bottom Right not as shown in the picture and the following boxes differ.;
Tap that and type Help in the next box bottom right and Tap to next box
Help haded box with a few suggestions. Tap the Contact us t the bottom of it then you should get a Chat/Email box.
