Can't find a phone via bluetooth

Hi, I am struggled with the Bluetooth connection recently. I follow up every steps as the instruction say. the navigation device still responding "No phone found". I've tried multiple phones or tablet to connect with my Go60s, none of these were success. I am wondering is there any restriction with my account, or the traffic share service is limited time. because I did success connected before.

Can any instructor offer a favor to help me out? Really appreciated.

    Hi @MRick

    Welcome to the community! I would recommend deleting the pairing on the phone and performing a factory reset on the device.
    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favorites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

    Once the factory reset is done, try pairing the GO 60 again.

    Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, factory reset doesn't work. My Go60s still can't find my phone via bluetooth.

    I have tried andriod 6&9&10, with samsung s5/ huawei p10/ samsung tablet
