How can I restart my navigation to work

First I took out my SD card from navigation because I want to update my navigation. No update worked for my navigation (doesn't recognize it)?! After that, I try to buy new maps, speed cameras etc. but I can't buy anything because I'm from Croatia!!!! You don't have Croatia on folding menu (we are to small or to east I guess). When I sent you e-mails no body answers them. I must ask Renault if I can put other SD card in my navigation system.

    I have just gone onto the Produces page(UK) scrolled to the bottom and changed the country to Croatia . When that opens it is showing Ireland. This maybe because recently people in your situation have been advised to buy the maps from there as they are only downloads not PND's.

    Does that appear to work for you?
