Lifetime traffic expired?

I purchased a 6250 pro as it had the lifetime traffic but after 2 weeks it has expired ????

    Also keeps going blank and try’s to restart

    Hopefully @VikramK can look at the settings for your unit and change them if necessary on the TT servers. Look back here later.

    Regarding going blank and you using the supplied charger and cable. Plugging the cable into a OSB socket will not supply sufficient power and the battery will go flat .This maybe why it is losing Traffic as well.

    Are you using the supplied socket or a 3rd parties. Some of the 3rd parties are not working with the Tomtom units as you would expect.

    Have you got another Electronic unit close by ie a Toll device for example.
