My sports app now only show last few months runs?

My tomtom sports app now only shows last few months runs. They are all on the main website. I have tried reinstalling and shouting at it. Suggestions please
It is likely the app and website got out of sync. Try logging out of both and then logging in again, ensuring you are using the same email and passwords for each.
