Sorry to hear your news. This is a customer based forum which is visited by TT employees and not a direct link to customer support.
Here is a link suggesting how to contact Customer Support as there re no Phone lines with so many working from home.

After you have Logged in as asked for in the above link you may see a different page.to the one in the link.
When you have logged in Tap the Red Contact Us bottom right.
Type Help in next box bottom Right.
A Help headed box should appear with some suggestions just Tap Red Contact Us at the bottom and you should get a Box with Chat and Email options.
Try Chat but it is very busy.
