Subscription is wrong

I just upgraded my iPhone and after downloading the uk map, I noticed that my subscription expiry To TomTom Go had been reduced from 2023 to 2020 - I cannot seem to access customer service: it’s all just FAQs and taking to Bongo, who is charming but ineffectual. I’m pretty sure this has happened to me before. Any ideas are very gratefully appreciated! Thank you.

    Welcome to the Community! I see that you have three yearly subscriptions valid till 2023 on your account. If one gets expired, another one will be activated automatically. Best to check with our support and they can provide you the detailed information about it.
