Smart for two live services not working

Hello I have just bought a smart 453 for two with tom tom navigation. Unfortunatelly live services are not working even though I have purchased a new subscription and updated my device. This tom tom device has a preinstalled sim card that seems disconected. I took the car to the dealer and they suggested to contact tom tom.

    TomTom only supports the updates that are offered in MyDrive Connect.
    For queries regarding the hardware and LIVE Services, the support is offered by the car dealer.
