What is the error? Are you selecting one update at a time before installing- using the My Content tab at the top (MyDrive Connect)
Hi Vikram, I am in the My Content tab which says I have 5 updates. It instructs that you must install the first update (Nav4) before the others. When selected the screen goes to "checking" and rarely moves on. Occasionally I have had a message about servers being busy and try again.
If that does not work then I recommend that you type Servers Busy in the search box at the top of this page and look through the many posts on the subject you are offered. There are other ways that have worked for the server busy problem described there

Have a look at the following you could try on your My Drive Connect software.
