Purchased a map 4 days ago, not showing up in MyDrive Connect. Help!

Ok so several days ago I purchased a current map for my Blue&Me 2 for my Fiat. The purchase is showing as completed but it's not in the MyDrive Connect to download. What should I do? I've emailed but I just got a reply with my purchase details.
