My Rider 550 is no longer charging when mounted on the motorcycle. The voltage given by the feed cable is 12V. The voltage across the output pins of the mount is 0V.
The mount worked well for 6 months . It then started switching off intermittently. I put this down to rain shorting out the output pins. However, it has now failed completely.
When you logged into your account on the page shown in the above customer Support Link method Tap the Red Contact Button bottom Right if that's what appears. There maybe another box over it if so just click on the X and then Click the Contact Us.
When you get the next Box type Help and click on the link
You should get a Box headed Help just click on Contact us on bottom of box . If this has worked the next is a box saying Chat or email. Try both and see if you can get through.
The chat is very busy and only works during office hours.
