    Hi @Bertogi

Sign in at the top of the page you have posted then tap the Red Link bottom right takes you to a Support box. Type Help in that. Etc

    Hi @Bertogi

Having read you latest post I have tried it and it works on my phone.

Tapped the Red Dot bottom right
Typed Help in the next box and hit return
Help box with a loaf of writing appeared Tapped Contact us bottom right of that box and taken to box with Chat and Email.

If it is not doing that for you try another Browser.

Why is my TomTom XL no longer supported? How do I remedy that issue?

    Hi @Javmanbill

The units that have been made obsolete generally have limited internal memory, usually 2gb or less, and in some case have no facility to add an extra memory card. The ability to get the Operating system and a Map on some models is no longer possible. TomTom have some small maps for older units that are still being supported meanwhile current Full Europe map is 9gb + .hence the latest models have 16gb of internal memory.plus an extra memory slot. Regrettably there is nothing that can be done to the units to rectify this situation.
