I have activated a map for your TomTom. However, I am not sure if the activated version is still available on our servers so I cannot guarantee that it will be offered as a download.
Connect your device to TomTom HOME and check for updates...

Hopefully @VikramK can look at your units Logs and settings on the TT servers and suggest a possible solution. Look back here later.

@VikramK Please reactivate my map (europe + russia) for my start 62 I bought four hours ago! (And ask the developers to prevent such annoying event)

Unfortunately, that didn't help. The map really seems to have been erased from the storage. Do you have any other ideas?

When you connect the device to MyDrive Connect, are there no maps offered in the download section?

Now I had seen the cards. I had installed the small one map for Germany (otherwise I had no possibility to format the SD card). After that the updates for the map of Europe disappeared.
Can you please activate it again?

Did you get the device replaced? I find a different serial number linked to your account today?
I don't see any issue with the subscriptions on this one? Could you check for updates in MyDrive Connect? Map v10.50 should be offered as a download in MyDrive Connect....
