Old app crashes during installation

After a phone reset I removed the app and tried to reinstall it but no succes.

I have followed all the steps for removal of the app and still it crashes during installation.

Help please

Welcome to the Community! Any specific error message you screenshot & attach here with the Phone model/Android version? An error appears while installing the map or while installing the map on it? I hope you followed the steps to reinstall the app by removing the folders from the internal storage/SD card as mentioned in the other thread.

I have reinstalled the app again, opened the properties tab of the app, emptied the cache an cleared all data, selected the ‘open app’ and the app actualy started the rest of the installation. Now all works as advertised 🤓
