lost traffic

Hi My 825 go live has lost network connection and no live traffic. I have tried full reset 4 times and is still not working. me and my device is also missing from me device. please help.

    Hi there headcorn0 -

    Is your device up to date and you also have an SD card installed in your Go Live 825? Try removing it whilst your device is turned off, then boot up the 825 without inserting the SD card and see if that helps.
