How do I get a warranty return number?

Been trying for 2 months now and getting nowhere. Battery has failed in a VIA52 purchased 2 Jan 20

    Are you trying this method of connection. There have been no phone lines with so many working from Home. People have been getting through and resolving their problems but it is very busy at the moment.

    Be great if that worked.
    Using Chrome the second I sign in it redirects to the forums.
    On Explored launches the sign in but insert password and confirm button doesn't.
    Just about to clear cache ob both and start over. To say this service and website is poor is an understatement. And the COVID excuse is running out of steam. nearly 4 months to adapt.

    I have just tied on Google Chrome.

    Went to bottom of this page and selected Contact us Bottom Right under Support.
    Logged into the Page that comes up , Ignoring the Red Contact Us that came up Bottom Right
    When logged in Tapped Red Contact Us bottom right
    Typed Help in the Box offered Bottom Right
    Tapped Contact Us at bottom of Help headed box
    Then had voice of Chat or email.

    Just as an update, have finally managed to send an email. The chat box is pointless. I have definitely made my last purchase from Tom Tom.
