If this is the latest version of the Tomtom Go Camper.
Firstly what map have you got selected in Maps . Does it say it is a Camper map.If not then change it to the Camper map. If it is not shown under Choose a map then select and load it under Add a Map as you may have the non Camper version of the map selected.
