TT5200 has an old map and no sim-connection in Belgium

For more than 6 months I have no sim-connection in Belgium. It works fine in The Netherlands and Germany.
TT gave me no clear answer: we are working on it.
Recent I noticed that my map is version 10.40 (september 2019). I didn't recieve new maps either.
Who/what can help me?

    The connectivity issue is related to an ongoing issue that is under investigation.

    I would recommend that you report this to our customer service.

    I reported this already several times. The last time was 7th of july, still no answer from customer service :-(.

    Are you able to connect your phones Personal Hotspot, if it has one, to the Wifi on the device as a Wifi source and then get the traffic that way. A couple of years ago when the Mobile sim facility was down for a short while I connected my unit to a Mifi and Traffic got me out of a terrible traffic jam where I was.
