Cannot update maps - servers ALWAYS busy!

Hello, I have been trying to update my Start25 device during the past 5 days, I have tried all times of day and night and always it states the "servers are busy".
I have uninstalled the MyDrive Connect App on my MacBook pro and downloaded again and re-installed it, but still I get the same error.
@Tomtom you need to fix your server access, I have paid for this service and just paid for additional services, but unable to download them.
Please advise how I can solve this? I drive to south of Spain next week and require the update.
