Cannot update maps - servers ALWAYS busy!
I have uninstalled the MyDrive Connect App on my MacBook pro and downloaded again and re-installed it, but still I get the same error.
@Tomtom you need to fix your server access, I have paid for this service and just paid for additional services, but unable to download them.
Please advise how I can solve this? I drive to south of Spain next week and require the update.

If that does not work type Servers Busy in the Search box at the top of this page and try some of the other solutions you will find there.

NEVER have your Tomtom device connected to your PC when....
(1)... Installing MyDrive Connect (Including Uninstalling & Reinstalling MyDrive Connect)
(2)... Updating MyDrive Connect
(3)... Modifying MyDrive Connect (i.e... Deleting the Home3 and the MyDrive Connect folders as in the workaround shown in the link below)
It can have an adverse effect on the USB Driver install….
