Hello, I think I have the same problem. I just bought a GO 500, the card is europe 934.5671. This device has LIFETIMEMAPS, MyDrive Connect should therefore offer me the update as on my other TOMTOM via 135. Thank you for your help. @VikramK or @lampard thanks for your help if you can do something.
