My TomTom app has stopped accumulating the distance

I cycle to work 12 miles
Walk at work 8 miles
Cycle home 12 miles
Even tho the app says I have cycled 12 miles , it’s stopped adding it to the total distance
It stopped adding it at end of June
I was trying to year distance up to 9000 miles
Very unhappy with this

    Sounds like a defective watch. Try a factory reset and if that does not work throw it out. The watch is long obsolete and unlikely to be covered by warranty (if it is contact TT) and repairing it will cost ore than a new watch. You would be better off just getting a new watch, there are plenty of brands out there with better feature sets for less money these days (TT Sports went out of business over 2.5 years ago).

    I changed watches and same thing happens
    On the apps it records miles
    But not the the total distance

    As the TomTom watch, not worth a carrot?
