My runner3 has just stopped syncing to my computer (MacBook Pro).

have had the watch for about 3 years. Suddenly it won't sync. `it connects fine, and says it is syncing configuration and then says it is updating GPS and then get error message saying try again plus a message saying disc not properly ejected. Have put watch in dock firmly etc. What do I try now?
