GPRS = Disconnected, SIM does not work

Hello TomTom Community,

I have a TomTom Premium device. Unfortunately the sim does not work.
The GPRS Status is always disconnected. I m not connected to bluetooth or wifi.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can i fix it?
I tried soft resets but it does not work and I don't know if factory reset works too.
I would like to try different solutions before i do factory reset.
